# We’re building the infrastructure for how modern companies actually run.

The problem

## Management overhead is a systemic problem.

Status updates, alignment meetings, update decks — that’s not leadership, it’s maintenance. And every company is paying for it. Research puts the cost at 46% of management time spent coordinating, and 95% of decisions never reaching the systems meant to execute them. The gap between what a company decides and what it does has become the defining tax on modern work.
